While this would be really valuable for real estate listings, we particularly envision this being highly beneficial to home builders, who can now finish construction and the day before final client hand-over we can come in and create a 3D scan of the empty property and then with our virtual staging service provide a staged virtual show home which can be used to generate future sales on an ongoing basis.

3D Scan Vacant Building
Next we create a 3D virtual tour of the vacant, unfurnished building which we will then virtually stage.
Interior Design Plan
Next is creating a plan for the interior design. We consult with professional interior designers or you can have your own interior designer work with the available 3D assets to create the desired interior look.
Approve Rough Mockup
Because of the time involved in the virtual staging, we will provide a rough mockup for your approval.
