In addition we captured important areas like the expansive aft lazarette, the engine room, and other key hidden features of the Lillian launch.
Capturing the boat from different angles and perspectives is also important. A mix of interior, exterior, and aerial shots will provide buyers with a comprehensive view of the boat. For the Lillian launch, we took the boat out from the marina and got drone photos and videos at various speeds, before anchoring in a sheltered bay and capturing photos, videos, and the 3D virtual tour with the beautiful calm bay as the backdrop. We also got additional content, primarily video content, while we motored back to the marina.
Lastly, the 3D virtual tour can be a game-changer when it comes to marine sales. It allows buyers to explore the boat in detail from the comfort of their own home. It’s important to ensure that the virtual tour is comprehensive, with information tags highlighting important features and hidden areas of the boat. For the Lillian launch, we added information tags to show hidden away spaces which were also important, like the aft lazarette, the engine room, and others.
