The TruePlan™ service delivers property sketches from a 3D scan, speeding up the estimation process for you and reducing the time it takes to settle claims. With a Matterport 3D model and TruePlan, you can complete estimates and submit claims entirely remotely.
TruePlans are SKX files that you can easily import into Xactimate®. With these files, you no longer have to measure and manually sketch losses. This saves you valuable time so you can process insurance claims faster and more accurately.

Who is TruePlan for?
TruePlan can be used to help in the insurance estimating process when a person is trying to understand the scope of a property loss and the estimated cost of the restoration of that property. Xactimate sketches are used across the insurance loss cycle. Restoration contractors, carriers, estimators and adjusters alike all use TruePlan™ to help understand the conditions of a property when a claim is filed and a restoration project begins.

- Orders typically take up to 48 hours to be delivered. CAT events can affect service levels and processing times.
- All Matterport TruePlan™ are delivered as .SKX files.
- TruePlans are unavailable for Spaces over 25k ft² (2300 m²).
- Outside areas, even if scanned with 3D, are not currently included in the final Trueplan™.
